Re-calculation of power using measured values of inductance, turns,
resistance with a known parallel capacitor. Both calculations of coil
inductance and capacitance were wrong. Well the inductance was but I
have not measured the capacitance of the coil.

Here the external capacitor was 0.1 µF.

Hi,





Noting the frequency of resonance and comparing it with the calculated
value using the calculated value of self capacitance the calculated
value of capacitance is too high by quite a lot and so the self
capacitance may be ignored.



The power will be far lower using hydrogen as fuel because the amount of
deuterium in natural hydrogen is very small. I calculated the power from
the published value of 0.5W/KPa^2/cc at 6KeV ion temperature. This is
the peak of the D+D reaction so the reaction sits at this temperature.
However I mistakenly took it as /m^3 and so the estimated value is one
million times too low.



The pressure is based on the force between unlike currents.



If I replace the 0.1uF capacitor for a 1.5uF capacitor the frequency is
calculated at 49 Hz. This could be used as a domestic mains power
supply.



A 1.4uF capacitor would increase the frequency to 50 Hz but I cannot see
this on sale.
